Nissan Qashqai dpf bug, and it's thirsty too :/

Hi all
I got the dpf lamp on, did regeneration once, erased codes but lamp still on.
Did regeneration one more time, erased error codes with delphi but lamp is still on.
Then i had to google and it seems like the only way to get rid of this is to get nissan consult 3 plus adapter and software or go to an nissan dealer and get them to set the dpf as NEW.

My error codes are P1435 and i also got cruisecontrol error code P1525.

Car is very thirsty too so eco tuning would ne nice..

Anyone with solution for this ?

The advice from Nissan is to get software upgraded to a newer version than mine and that is way above my skills with kess or ktag as i'm just started with this.
