Hi! So, i have a PUG 406 2.2 HDI 4hx with 420000 km's and the fueling seem's "uncontrolled", smoke at low revs, bad sounds, etc.
I'm sure its the injectors but i want to fix it cheaply! I have a 2.0 HDI RHY engine right next to me for parts, and the injectors are in very good condition! Can i replace them and thats it? Or do i need to change the timming values? I know how to "basic" remap this engines but its the first i'm messing with injectors :roll:

No you can't use them. 2.0 8v and 2.2 16v have different orifice geometry to compensate for injector tilt on the 8v.
