VW Phaeton Rev Limit at stillstand from 2500 to 4500 with po

Hey guys,

Do someone know where is the limiter for my ecu which limits the rev limit at still stand to 2500 rpm?

I want it at still stand at 4500m rpm with Popcorn sound, but can't find the limiter....

Some say the limiter is in the gearbox...

VW Phaeton CEXA 239hp 176kW
SW: 1037397811
SW Upg.: 3D0907401G 0010
Anlage: 3.0TDI EDC17CP04
