im new here and have been tuning diesels(my own) for a while

i have recently bought a mk4 1.8t aum engine 150bhp and i am honestly struggling to understand on how to map to stage one in a safe zone
any advice would be amazing if possible as i really dont want to kill it but i cant belive how different it is to the pds av been tunings
