w203 200cdi over 100mm3

Postby jursi » Fri Sep 06, 2019 12:23 am

Hey!
ive been working for a while on edc15c6 on mercs and now im trying to go past 100mm3 and everything should allow it to go over 100mm3 (asking 103mm3 by tq limiter) but autocom will log only to 100mm3. Is there a max 100mm3 read on autocom or somekind of diagnostic readout map that limits the read capability to 100mm3?

Attached stock and remapped file.

My own. Attached the map pack for the orig/modded file.
Boost goes to wanted 2.2bar and IQ stays 100mm3 through autocom from 2300-2900 almost but cant find why no more on autcom even tho asking 103mm3. And railpressure should be 1425bar but max was 1377bar but maybe the old HPP cant keep up anymore.

The single values are single value iq limiters that ive put to 11000/110mm3 and above those are two limiter maps also for IQ to get past 87mm3.

Yeah, everything is should allow more than 100mm3 or does autocom read to max 100mm3 or mercedes own diag cant display more than 100mm3. Well next tuesday we see what dyno says. Hopefully 200+hv/400+nm
