Audi A3 2.0TFSI by local tuner

Hi Guys,
Since I have very little experience with tuning, I am looking for a second opinion.
The car is a manual A3 2.0 TFSI Quattro AXX with K04 swap, 3inch catless downpipe and VIS motorsport HPFP.
The tune was done by a local tuner and we got 277 BHP (before the downpipe was changed) and 400 NM.

Can someone please take a look and rate the tune? I have approached an online tuner and he seems to think this tune is badly done, just want someone to confirm before I commit to paying once more for a tune.

tuned file is a joke......lot maps missed....maps tuned with % button...in general is not a tuned file suit for the set up you are runing.....its not acceptable even for stg1 file

have you now used a different file or are you still driving the file
