AR 147 JTD 16v 140hp pls rate tune

hello, car is jtd 16v alfa romeo 147 from 2003
my friend moded for me ori file to get around 20-30hp more, egr are removed physically, stock clutch and stock(good condition 1749vb) turbo
i need to know it's safe tune for engine or not :) if :thumbup: im thinking to up boost to 1.5b form 1.4b, limiter 1,55. can u help me with that? and what u think?
