i would download this file here egr-off-edc15c6-mercedes-benz-t456 look at the address that rpm freak posted and see if you can find same pattern in your file ;)

i think there is not the same engine
i have a 6 cylinder engine 320 CDI and not a 5Cylinder enginge 270 CDI

the file have different maps...

For this engine, there is a simple solution with resistor and diode in the circuit between the flow sensor and the EGR.

look at the other file were egr switch is in 8 bit mode dec and look were the switch is then look at the few bytes before eg 208 007 002
now search these bytes in your file and see if you can see the same
