Hello,

I need help with this file for a stage1 tuning and egr off
i use revolut for payment

The car is vw golf4 1.9tdi ALH engine
Hardware nr 038906012m
Software nr SG 2813
EDC15V

It is maximum for this car, 142hp and injectors can't bring more fuel. Turbo is also maxed.

More than 1,25bar isnt safe for long terms... at this cars. ~120-125Hp and ~290Nm. Real power not blablabla or EDCSuite calc. power.

What is not safe? I have same engine turbo has stucked wastegate and it runs on max 2.6bar 0.4 overboost. It goes even higher, but turbo sensor can register only up to 2.6bar. Driving 80 000km in that condition

mate... real pressure not absolut...
So 2,25 for you... and ori turbo at ALH cant efficient bring more than this long time... 2.6 nonsens.
2.6bar i had driven with 0.216mm nozzles, GT1752 Turbocharger, Intercooler... and yes also 3.0bar sensor...
