2001 MINI Cooper R50 software/hardware

I'd like to do first software mod to my R50 - increase idle RPM. Is MPPS v13.02 sufficient for this task? Can you share your experience with setting RPM, point me the address in the map where the map is stored? Thanks!

Is MPPS v13 sufficient or should I rather get MPPS v16?
