A3 1.9 tdi BLS EGR off

Postby Franky_D » Fri Dec 20, 2019 10:26 am

Hello,

Can someone please check the corrected file - EGR hysteresis adjusted?
- are the changes done correctly?
- is the checksum correct?

I've used the following as instruction: http://www.ecuedit.com/edc16-golf-v-105hp-egr-map-t1012

The instruction suggests to leave address 1C700E (for my case) unchanged. Is it correct, or should it also be zero-ed?

What is the right way to deal with checksum? Let WinOLS re-calculate? Let VCP pro re-calculate during upload (if it is doing it)? Do it manually? IF someone can point me to guides on checksum - would greatly appreciate.

Thanks a million!

Thank you!
