I think your problem is not software check the fuel pressure regulator nozzles and pump

Hi Mate, increase of IQ not best strategy - better always works rail pressure increase+IQ slight increase fit in SOI window with tailoring also if required.

i dont make the file myself... im beginning to suspect earlier post about nozzle etc

Look at your Torque limiter maps.At 4400 rpm inject 68mmc fuel, at 4650rpm inject 24mmc fuel, it is normal for the engine to die at 4500rpm.Your Torque Limiter maps are modified with 34% from 1600rpm up to 4400rpm ,at 4650rpm have stock value .
