can someone to explain more about codeblocks (map banks) on edc15P+ ecu's....this ecu's have more codeblocks and i think is not possible that ecu work with all these codeblocks at the same time and my question is how ecu know which codeblock to use...there must be some switch...

how to find all codeblocks?

is it possible to put one codeblock as original and others to change, and then via diagnostic tool to select the codeblock you want?

Ecu only use one block, you can change softcode with VCDS, so if you mod only one group you may have two remaps on same file.

I know and I changed active codeblock by VCDS.

If anyone ever tried to make physical switch and but it on a car dashboard somewhere ?

It will be great to change maps without taking a computer with you :D

i think the softcoding code is stored
in the eeprom ...

I think it may be poossible by changing one of the numbers in your engine soft coding via VCDS (formerly VAG COM).
