Hello,

I'm working with ECU for my VW Touareg 5.0 V10 tdi.

I have successfully defined and already tuned and tested next maps SVBL, EGR, Boost limited by RPM and engine temperature, Boost by RPM and injected quantity, Torque by engine speed and atmospheric pressure, injection duration(several maps), diagnostic (VCDS) messages maps (to remove limit for boost or other value sended over diagnostic protocol), drivers wish maps for each of gearbox gears(6 + reverse), single value torque limiter, linearization of MAP(pressure) sensor voltage to actual pressure, gearbox gear select hysteresis.

However there are 4 maps that I'm uncertain in what they mean what are the axes and what is the scale/offset. They only partially look like the ones from other fully described projects or manuals:

EDDD4 (18x16) - is it requested torque and rpm to injection quantity map? If it is why map have inj.q. values like ~87mg/str while I've never seen more then 56mg/str in VCDS logs during max load on stock?
ED5DE (13x16) - is it injection quantity limited by MAF(airflow) and RPM?
F8184 (16x13) - is it N75(turbo actuator) setpoint from RPM and injection quantity?
F9966 (16x10) - is it N75(turbo actuator) absolute maximum setpoint value for given RPM and injection quantity to protect mechanical parts?

And there is several maps that I can not find at all they are
1. start of injection map or group of maps.
2. lambda correction map (when engine corrects air to fuel ratio based on lambda sensor feedback).
3. MAF(airflow) sensor linearization map.

Please help.

dont worry about the N75 duty cycle for now, you will not need to change it untill you run logs. you will not adjust the inverse drivers wish maps (Cruise Control)

Thank you! So inverse drivers wish are for cruise control that is of no interest. I'm just curious why there is 2 N75 map, what is the purpose of second one?

Also what are the units/factor for Overheating Protection maps (temp/speed)?

I have a different factor that actually makes better sense for me 0.012207.

Could you please help with map 927712 I believe it has to do something with injection quantity, do you know what is it for?

I see MAP(pressure) linearization map, but what with MAF(airflow) linearization, could you please point me to this map if it exists?

I also can not determine where the switch for MAF to MAP injection quantity regulation is located, is it possible to switch fuel injection regulation from MAF(972254) to solely MAP(972786) on this ecu?

the second card limits the upper position of the N-75 during the operation of the algorithm for maintaining a given pressure. Nearby, the next map is a limits from below. Therefore, we have three cards, the base and two with limits where the N-75 walks. I myself am a newbie, but I understand that there must be a PID regulator of boost values. My WinOLS does not want to work with DAMOS files, so it is very difficult for me to find the PID coefficients for setting them to 0, so that only the base card works.

I don’t know if there are two MAFs under the hood, but in the file I found two linearizations of the MAFs. But my friend, on T5, in this area of the file has one MAF linearization/
