E46 320d 136hp egr off??

Could someone check too see if I've successfully turned off EGR for this car?

There is sequence 02951 02931 00900 00880 03931 03881
first two values is min coolant temperature for EGR function 22 and 20'C
next is minimal atmosphere pressure 900 and 880mbar for the same
and last is max coolant temperature for EGR function 120 and 115'C
Just change Patm values to 1100 and 1080 and EGR is OFF until Patm reaches 1100mbar
This is the correct egr off for 136 320d

There are no programs for this, you must do it manualy via winols, what tool do you use for reading?
