VW Golf 4 1.8T Tune

Postby IcoLGN » Sun Feb 16, 2020 4:33 pm

I downloaed this tune from my mate's 1.8T AUQ. What do you think about this tune? Is it good for flashing on stock AUM engine (they are basically the same engines, turbo and everything)?

Nobody said that this is stage 1 or something. I just read and saved the .bin from "remapped" Seat Leon AUQ engine and copy-pasted the few different tables in my .bin file using TunerPro and I just wanted to make sure it will be safe to flash on my stock AUM engine. I will attach the file from the remapped AUQ if that matters. Just to say - the Leon pulls very hard and doing like ~1.3 1.4bar peaks according to the boost gauge. I don't really know how much he is remapped.

And this is why tuning protection is needed, to prevent idiots from downloading it and trying to copy over to other cars, FFS!!

Woah ... very hard words. No need to be that rude ;). I am not stealing from nobody don't worry, it's from my mate's car who is having no problems with me downloading his file and yeah even the previous owner of the car doesn't know who is the tuner so it won't be bad if someone can say is his car remapped properly. But yeah ... @NRT don't reply please. The file AUQ Remapped.bin is the file before I messed with it.
