Turbo Map Calculation | EDC15c2

Postby MothaHDI » Fri Jan 31, 2020 11:55 pm

Hi, this is my first time remmaping an eletronic turbo controlled car but i cant find solid information. So, the goal is to improve the low rpm performance on a 2.2L HDi engine (EDC15c2). I'm trying to understand how can i change this without doing damage to the turbo or causing a limp mode. Right now, i have this excel sheet to help me do the calculations:

Boost.PNG

On the first remmap, i only added boost on high IQ but the car feels really slow in low RPM's.
This is the stock map.

BTW:
Smoke map calculated to 15 AFR
Torque limiter with 90IQ at 2000RPM's
Timming calculated
etc.

And what is the question? :)
90 mm3 @ 2000 rpm, i dont think its really slow.
How much is the airflow?
