Vw Golf 1.9tdi pd115 ori and 150 tuned

hello

I have a pd115 engine with 1749vb turbo, pd150 injectors ARL "BE", reinforced clutch, pd130 intercooler

rate my file tuned, the car does 1.6b but at high speed it drops to 1.1b
