325tds MSA11, checksum needed, also limp mode problem

Hi, I have problem with I think checksums on this ECU. Although WinOls recognizes ecu and saying that he is correcting it, programmed new eproms - car revs up high after start and tacho isn't working. I've read that this could be checksum problem but I have no idea how to calculate it on this ecu. Ultimo doesn't work. Also, when I put original EPROM, car starts but now is in limp mode - cant rev higher than 1500rpm. Did i broke ecu or ori eproms? Can you calculate checksum for modified file for me?

Try adding a post to "INTRODUCE YOURSELF" before asking for help...

Your original file have also bad checksum.I guess is a bad original read
Also tuned file is bad ,it seems to be copied from another software.
Try to write this file. is original with checksum OK.

Thank you very much! Will try. Meanwhile I found original dump with matching ECU numbers. Car starts on reprogrammable eproms and original eproms but Injection light is on, no power and DTC 05 Start-of-injection sensor. So there is a problem did I broke ECU or sensor or Im very unlucky and sensor went bad?
