MEVD 17.4.2 Peugeot 208 GTi gear ratio

I have a 2013 Peugeot 208 GTi which I replaced the final drive with RCZ one, now ECU can't detect gears properly and need to change the gear ratio scheme. I tried changing KLVFZG1000 table and ratio table from older MED17 to no avail. Can anyone point me to the right direction, please?
