DECAT 1.9 TDI - check engine light

Hi, I' ve just de-catted my Seat Leon 1.9 TDI PD150. It's awesome, but there's one problem - my check engine light popped up. Is it possible to get rid of the check engine light using VAG EDC? Thanks for your help :)
