Hello everyone, im having a hard time reading the eeprom of a pcr 2.1, all the connections okay, the error its alwaus the same ( communication line not present or corrupt.)

Anyone knows what can be? Also im using a 1. 3k ohm resistence in the boot pin...

I used the kess v2 clone, maube thats the problem. I didnt solder i used the cables on the pens to make a conection on the resistance
