My Name is Lucas im 25 and i am from Germany.
With hours of reading in this Forum i have succesfully retuned my Volkswagen Passat (2.5 TDI BDH 4Motion).
Its great that all of you share your Knowledge about Chiptuning/Remapping.
In Germany almost nowbody likes to share Informations about Chiptuning. Everyone want's to make the big Money whith it and the people who know nothing laugh about you if youre asking how to do something and tell you to go to the professionals.
Its great that there are people that share Informations.
I personally like to do all the Things on my car myself even if i am not a schooled Carmechanic. Before the Passat i had a strongly modified Golf 2 1.6TD which was easy to tune. Now after 4 Years of driving an repairing Passats im proud that i could manage to optimize an CAR whith an ECU thanks to all the Knowledge you all have shared.
