Please, can you tell me how can i do launch control on my Siemens MS43 installed in a BMW 330Ci (M54B30)

Can be done yes. You need to hardcode for, custom code.
Dont think anybody do this free in your file because its lots of work.

You need find place in rom , get knowledge about code you would insert, insert code, found subroutines and use adresses for jump... this is not a beginner job.

yes it can be done i have the xdf deffiniton file for your ecu

this xdf only works with specific 56er file...
