Magneti marelli ECUs clutch relearning

I have to relearn clutch after the remap even thought the car is equiped with manual transmision.
It's on Alfa Giulietta.
Has anyone managed to solve that issue? I've tried with MultiEcuScan, but they haven't covered that part.

Blinking check engine light. Not like on a missfire, but constant blinking just like a turn indicator caused by lack of adaptations after flashing the ecu. Error code p080a.
