new ECU - how to plug&play possible? Peugeot 1.6 HDI

Hello, I'd like to have a "backup" ECU in case anything goes wrong while I flash my own. I got one from same car type from local junk yard and I'm having difficulties to make it work.

here some data:

car all factory settings:
Peugeot 307 SW, 2005, 1.6 HDI, 16V, 80kW, engine code 9HY, gearbox manual, without DPF, Euro III, dual AC

original BOSCH EDC16C34 ECU:
HW type: 0 281 011 629, SW: 1037374179, version C35382B, on ecu box: (hw: 96 53 95 89 80, sw: 96 58 94 45 80) year 2005.

replacement BOSCH EDC16C34 ECU:
HW type: 0 281 012 620, SW: 1037391702, version C35385D, on ecu box: (hw: 96 59 61 49 80, sw: 96 65 59 43 80) year 2008.

I have tried flashing replacement ECU with original OBDII read from original ECU, but replacement ECU wont wake up or it gives security access error when trying to ID, READ or WRITE.
I tried all possible protocols with similar ECUS in KESS2 (ford, psa, mitshubishi etc..).

Please anyone can help me, how to make replacement ECU work with my car?

First should use same HW.
Second full BDM read from your ecu (eeprom+chip) and write to other for avoiding issues.
