Hello everyone, I am very happy to be able to join this forum. I introduce myself.

I am a young lover of speed and motors but above all, a seeker of "efficiency". It is exciting to find ways that maximize the use of energy on engines.

I am an engineering student in mechatronics in Quito-Ecuador and I specialize in mechanical modification of engines, installation and programming of standalone ECUS on gasoline engines and aerodynamic elements.

I have a diesel minivan, kia carens with a d4ea engine in it and I want to start a project to optimize, reliability, fuel use and power.
Unfortunately, a Standalone ecu for diesel is very expensive for the use that I am going to give it, therefore, I want to learn how to modify the original maps in the computer of the vehicle.

I am going to try to learn everything that can help me in this forum and I will be collecting and publishing my results to become an active member on this forum .
