Hi! Can anyone reset this airbag dump?

I just wonder... there is a possibility that the airbags blow up immediatly or just dont blow up when the car has an accident?

It's the first time doing this and i want to be 100% sure that this is safe to do :?

There is alot of eletronic component nearby the 95080 chip and i could easly mess up other parts
