Hello all

I'm tuning my own car for the first time, its a Merc C320cdi. It has a hybrid turbo, exhaust and intercooler, so probably not the easiest way to start, I'm still learning how the EDC16CP31 works. I do work in engine development in a test cell environment so I would say I have a good core understanding.
I think I have found all the fuel/ smoke limit maps but I cannot get my car to inject more than 78/79mm^3 in the midrange tailing off to 68mm^3 at 4000rpm, sometimes the ECU will aggressively cut the fuel at 2700rpm and 3200rpm. I am unsure whether I have missed a map/ limiter or whether I need a full read from the ECU. I am using an Alientech Powergate3 and decoder to read/ write the car, so a full read may be tricky. Using a calibration and a2l file for a DPF variant of my car, and looking through forums etc, I have found the following IQ limit related maps/ single value limits:
Injector Duration Map
Coolant IQ Limit
Oil IQ Limit
Single Value IQ Limit
IQ limit for boost pressure
IQ Limit for rpm
IQ Limit for MAP
IQ Limit for fuel temp
Smoke Map
Nm to IQ

If I "trick" the injection duration map I can inject more fuel, this can be seen in smoke and via the OBD lambda meter.

I have tried to find an original file but unfortunately no luck. The car had a stage 1 tune a few years ago from a company called top gear tuning and from what I can see, its no surprise it didn't make their claimed figures when I put it on a dyno.
So I have had to start with their stage1, I have found a similar 320cdi calibration and have used some of that to put the file back to stock, starting from stock makes it easier to understand what's happening.

I have attached my file that reverts the car back to stock and the map fuel maps, if anyone has the time to have a look to see if I have missed any IQ limits that would be great!
