vectra 1.9cdti 8v 120hp maf off not working

Postby jbirschner » Tue Feb 23, 2021 7:39 pm

Hi Gents,

I can't find a way to use map sensor to calculate air instead of maf. Engine was rebuild, all extra hardware removed and installed a big turbo, 70mm intake and open filter. I want to run in asmod... I have turn the maf switches off, egr fully open and all histerys to 0... still doesnt work

The only switch I didn't modify is AFSCD_swtSensInstType which I have no clue what that does. Stock is 2, I tried 0 but didn't do anything.. maybe is another number to switch from maf to map? if somebody could clarify please?

I have deleted dtc erros which doesn't trigger dash error but still shows p0100 if I check for errors.

if I connect maf car can accelerate above 2000rpm but if I try without maf it goes into limp and max 2000rpm.

I want to use mafless and don't want to use bigger maf, my choice so please just try advice related to my enquire if possible.

Please find map link below. I don't have original map but I checked against another stock map and nothing else is modified.

Hi,

Thank you but that file is not tuned excep with new 2400bar rail sensor and also 10bar map/iat calibrated.
EGR is off and some MAF switches + dtc errors using dtc remover (tried first time).

I will tune it later, just need help with maf delete, I guess I need to do full BDM to delete P0100 FULLY?

I have custom intake using custom turbo and I don't want to use maf, I will tune this car in ASMOD.

Regards,
Jackson.
