Audi A3 BKC 1.9 TDI 105 - maps opinions -

ecu audi.zip
Good morning, per attached the file of my Audi A3 1.9 TDI BKC 105 HP.

Inside compressed the original and the modded files (payed).

I'm not a really expert but I saw (with ECM) that the Torque limiter was modified from 551Rpm... there was not so low ? Normally, I think, it's better to increase RPM value from 1300 Rpm ?

Thanks in advance for supporting, and, all comment\suggestions will be accepted :)

Stock SVBL, stock N75, duration raised without touching SOI.

Tuned file is OK, no need to mod SVBL , because stock SVBL is higher than max boost asked in Turbo maps. For small mods on turbo maps no need to change N75.For BKC engine is the right tuned file, no stress on clutch and on turbocharger, both weak at this engine.
Tuner forgot to change Lambda maps. But is not a must for a small power increase.

I'm currently playing with the same engine, it has a little BV39A turbo which can overboost a bit even with 60mg of fuel and stock N75.
In my case there was short 2550mbar peak with the same desired boost as in this (2200mbar), extending N75 helped a bit but its still not ideal.

For my knowledge this file is only MAP based.
