Very new to tuning so new in fact most of my software isn't purchased yet, spent 10 years working on ls engines and said screw it i'm jumping head first into foreign , whoops lol, i have always loved german and japanese engines and played with several h and k series engines as well as a couple german 3.0t's up until a month ago the h6 subaru engine was a favorite of mine, but yes that was then, while the carona virus devastated the us the shop i worked for closed down and smart me said lets open my own, 2nd whoops, and lets take on the cars noone wants to touch, 3rd whoops, but in trying to keep money flowing i was parting out a lot of cars people were selling cheap so i picked up a 2000 volvo s80 t6 2.8 twin turbo not having a clue what t6 meant and buying it without looking at it. so it got to the shop sat outside for a month i hade only paid 300 for it. well it came time to strip it down so i went out turned the key and it fired right up, i mean very close to a fire , so i got out popped the hood and absolutely fell in love and fixed the gas line and drove it from the shop to my driveway and got the old mustang and pulled it in, now a couple thousand in and its not even close to what i want it to be, so any help would be amazing everyday i work on it three things happen. 1. i want to light it back on fire. 2. i spend 500$. 3i spend three hours on the computer dumfounded on why there was no aftermarket support for that car. my biggest hurdle is still finding a tuner program that i can use with either of mine,hp tuners, and TOAD ProII. as i understand volvo might be the pickiest ecu to tune. thank for letting me in and hope to learn a lot
