Hi all,

A friend has just fitted a second hand turbo to his Fabia VRS. Im adjusting his mapping but cannot get it to create boost intil 3500rpm where it pulls hard. Prior to this it has nothing.

Does anyone have any advice? I jave logged requested boost to actual and it request boost, doesnt make it for ages, then it comes on hard and boost spikes......

Do I need to do the N75 or do i have to retard the timing to create the boost?

Iv done many remaps for friends and many of my own cars so know the basics but have never done one with a bigger turbo.

maybe turbo is not set good mechanical

We have done the N75 mod and its better. The turbo is set uo perfect and was working on another car.

Did you log N75 duty cycle also together with boost?
