A "tuner" have tried to clone an ecu with water damage of an Passat, and the car won't start... IMMO ACTIVE

So the guy came by me, with both ecu's, exact the same part number, also HW are both 01

I readed both Ecu's out, and they where not 1 on 1 cloned..
So i cloned them from old to new ecu in bench mode.. Put new ecu in car, No start....

After that, i tried immo off with IMMOFF17, both in eeprom and in flash, on files from old ECU.
Car runs! But has flashing Glow light, MIL and message from IMMO ACTIVE....

Can anybody please help me to (or fix the files from old ecu, so i can write them in new ecu)

OR do IMMO off the right way.... I added the untouched files from old ecu, (so car will not start with this files)

You cant clone EDC17CP14... 1:1 ... and at least not with Autotuner...
Do immo off correct and no dash light. Also need to recode injector codes.
