Hi all,
I am remapping my EDC15P a while. I tought i know everything what i need for this project but actually no.
I have upgraded the stock PD150 turbo (1749VB) to a GTD2060VZ.
Its a much bigger turbo and i know probably it will not be able to blow at lower rpms as the previous but people told me my turbo maps are not good.
I created (just upgraded the stock one) the boost target map but dont know how to create a generally new map for th N75 duty cycle.
As its a bit other and bigger turbo i think it need completly other N75 map.
How should i create a correct N75 map?
Also im a confused a bit because not understanding the connection between the boost target and N75 map.
Which is a master or slave or how they are working together?
(yes im using a 4bar map sensor and linearisation has been done)

Your boost request maps are your target boost maps.
So if you put 3.3 bar at high revs, the ecu will try to achieve this boost by changing the vanes of the turbo accordingly to the readings of the actual boost.
If the actual boost is lower then the requested boost it will close the vanes more (higher numbers in N75 map) to achieve the boost. If the actual boost is higher, it will open the vanes (lower number s in N75 map) to lower the boost

The N75 map is a preset of your turbo vanes so that the turbo knows how to put the vanes without the readings of the actual boost. So if you have lower readings in your actual boost in comparison with the desired boost, you put a higher numbers in your N75 to close the vanes more so that you can achieve requested boost. Don't put to high numbers because you always want your actual boost to be lower than the desired boost (about 100 mBar). If you have more boost then the requested boost vanes open to drop boost and close then again (= bad performance).

For your n75 map I wouldn't start from scratch, but continue on your original.
Bigger turbo is slower spool, so you will have to increase the N75 in the low revs to make it spool better. You can also retard your timing a bit to make it spool better
