Audi A4 1.9 AVF 6S+BV43+FMIC_2004

Hey guys, I have a AUDI A4 1.9 quattro AVF 6 SPEED 2004 with 170HP turbo BV43 and its corresponding N75 + FMIC, mufflers direct pipeline without restrictions.
With low torque could you get to 200 / 210hp of reliable power?
