high torque very late

Hello, this is a graph of my car (Renault Laguna2 ph2 1.9 dci 110 KM DPF 2007). Please tell me why the high torque is so late. I will tell you what my tuner said after your thoughts.

big turbo ... or vgt broked

Hi,

There can be a few reasons. (1) The turbo boost too late (broken or stuck vgt).
(2) Turbo is too big for application. (3) Tune is bad not allowing for enough fuel
to spool turbo up at low rpm. (4) Also can be mismatched cam timing.

Tnx alot, turbo looks untouched - original. I'll try with unblocking VNT, if it won't work I'll look at timing, this car got worse mpg that my second similar car.
