Peugeot 307 1.6HDI EDC16C34 fap off and constantly fan

Hello!

After deleting DPF and EGR i have problem with motor fan. It starts just after i insert key into ignition switch (fan runs without even turning the key...)

Can anybody see if there is everything ok with ECU ?
