I have put a 6 seed engine and box in a 2005 passat that had a 5 speed engine and box, the engine light has come on because it can tell the EGR has been deleted - how can i delete it from my map if i pull the map with MPPS? any ideas?

also, wondering if i can turn immo off too so i can chop and change ecu's and clusters if i find a cluster with an FIS

the car is a 2005 1.9tdi (was awx but now an avf) passat (standard map)

i also have a mapped ecu, does it matter if i interchange an ecu from a 5 speed and use it on a 6 speed?
