I have a Vw passat pd130 Avf, i wonder if anyone can rate this tune, it was not made for me, and help me
to improve.
I have read a lot and i have learn a lot, but i´m still a rookie,so if anyone could help I would appreciate.
The car is running well with this file, but í think that it was supose to run must better at high rpm on 5 and 6 gear.

First things first this file is aggressive so no way will it work properly on standard car. There's a few things I can spot as a rookie and thats this file appears to want to achieve 197bhp and over 400nm torque = on this engine not going to happen anyway with standard hardware.

2) The torque limiter is requesting over 70mg of fuel (72mg) which again if I understand this engine they will not push much past 70mg on standard injectors. Only need to request 60 mg for a good 155-165bhp IIRC

3) Smoke map is asking for too much fuel sometimes making the AFR about 8:1 diesels should be about 17-18 i think to produce no smoke. This will produce smoke everywhere. One example requesting 67.67mg of fuel for only 600mg of air = AFR 8.87 (600/67.67) Also i believe the smoke map should tail off fuel towards the redline but this map could have been written for a hybrid or bigger turbo.

4) Boost maps seem within limits of a standard turbo but i guess would be OK for a hybrid that pushes more air for the same pressure

Anyone else have any thoughts on this file.

Only looking for problems trying to achieve them figure.

avf got bigger one, 240mm. It can go further, but everything got limints

i think avf 240mm clutch hold about 400nm safe map on 170bhp :D

Try use driver wish map from pd150(arl) and edit just last collumm, need to edit afr if you dont have smoke, IQ by MAP and IQ by MAF is ok,
