Can I restore my original ECU files over OBD2?

Had my car chipped in the past, but I would really like to revert to the original software and do this myself. I have an OBD2 cable and a Windows laptop, am I just missing a piece of software or do I need a fancier hardware setup for the job?

Car, ECU? Did you own the ori file ?

Sure! Just use dealer software if bootloader in ecu still alive.
