I might be the last man on earth to tune old pd engine but it's never too late to learn to tame this magnificent engine.
I have ebay tuned ecu, now ebay bv43 turbo and i just ordered 13 thick 1.8t smi and try to fit it in audi a6c5.
My laptop battery is dead so I cant get logs but as soon as new battery arrives I will take them.
Boost target seem to be way too high for low rpm and sounds like turbo is surging a lot.
I did fix it temporarily by extending vane actuator shaft lenght.
I also have diy water meth kit parts for about 200ml/min with pressure switch turning it on.
Because bv43 have fitting for egt gauge I have to install that also.
