Fiat Ducato 2.3 JTD - 2007 88kw

Postby Satepek » Sun Jul 17, 2022 5:57 pm

Hi Guys,
i have issue with big smoke on ducato 2.3JTD 88kw

Attached files
- Original
- chip + constumption optimalization + EGR off + limiter off

Could you check it, because there is big different between MAF measured and requested.

Engine after rebuild - new high preasure pump, all injectors, all sensors on engine, new fuel regulator, new fuel rail sensor, new MAF. Egr switch disconnected + vacuum disconected.

MAF difference is absolutly normal because EGR closed.
Smoke because some remap data is wrong, log on road when you get smoke (fuel, boost, maf etc).

I mean that bigger MAF is causing bigger mg of fuels because its also calculating with egr + this value and adding addtional mg of fuel to this value..

Nop, it calcs fuel limit from actual MAF, not desired. Smoke is from other map mod or engine issue.

Yes, hoses between turbo and intake could be reason.
For logging you need to log: fuel main mm3, injection main duration, boost, maf... FiatEcuScan/MultiEcuScan is the best.
