kia pin code

My name is Billy and I am a shop owner. Specialized in Car glasses and accessories in Québec, Canada. I install remote starter too, t’and that is where the Autel KM-100 comes into play in my story.

How does it works if I need the key code to program my key on my 2013 North American Kia Rio VIN: KNADM4A34D626975

I tried a 2nd dealer and still refuse to give it to me even with proof of ownership. They want to sell me the whole programming.
