Ford Transit 2.2TDCi Error Code P1409 and EGR off

Hi Guys, does anyone know the location for the EGR map on this particular ECU. Tried looking and unable to find it. Van is throwing up code P1409 due to the EGR being blanked off so if anyone knows how to delete that P code aswell please could you let me know. ECU is attatched also. Thanks.
