E60 525d Stage 1 - EDC16C31 Rate Tune

Hi guys,

I am here to learn Tuning with winols. My best friend drives an E60 525d 177HP and had AGR/EGR-Problems. I bought a file Stage 1 AGR off from a hobby tuner and we testet it. Car still has DPF, so we don't see any smoke, but it's running too hot. So i think it injects too much diesel.
Now I'll try to fix the tune by myself, but I am new to this and could need some help.
I need help with the Lambda Maps, i don't understand why i have to change them.
I understood, that EDC16 is based on Nm and I think I know how to change Torque limiter maps. But how can i calculate the injection and how much boost i need?
I hope you can help me/us! I would love to understand more :)

All maps changed by % values.

Too much fuel for dpf.

Yeah i know that it's too much fuel, but how to change best?
Less in Nm to IQ, less Rail pressure, or Stock Lambda maps?
