Hey guys, can anyone help me calibrate the original Bosch 550cc injectors on my Focus ST MK2? Right now I have a stage 2 setup with an Airtec Gen3 intercooler, custom intake with a Ramair filter, RS clutch kit, Sytec fuel pump, Forge wastegate and recirculation valve, Bosch 550cc injectors... the turbo is stock. The car throws a U2023 fault code, I think, and the ESP system fault light comes on when the turbo pressure goes up. In the logs, I see the lambda goes up to like 0.62 or something at high RPM or when the turbo is boosting hard. Honestly, I’m not sure why that’s happening. I’ve got an injector calibration and at idle, the car doesn’t adjust the lambda at all, but I’d like to know how you guys calibrate them to see if there’s a big difference, or if the issue could be coming from there.
