Audi A3 PD130 need some help whit smoke map

Hi ppl ..

can anyone help me whit the smoke?
i run whit this file almost 1 year , but the car didnt smoke nothing !!
anyone can look for this file and get me a little help?
i only want black smoke , no more HP and Torque !! I have about 200 HP and 400 NM i think in this file ...

With stock hardware 200HP and 400Nm is just a dream.Maybe 170HP and 375Nm sounds really.Why do you need black smoke?Portugal is a wonderful country and has an air so clean,want to kill all of cork oaks and eucalyptus? :thumbdown: :thumbdown:

I have 65mm exhaust whit downpipe , 1749VB ...
Black smoke is funny , very funny ..
This file has made for the old turbo ( 1749VA ) , in this summer i change to the 1749VB ( worked whit another admission compressor wheel ) so i feel my AFR is not right ... in the old turbo ( 1749VA ) the car make a little black some , now the smoke is grey , sometimes doesnt smoke even !!

I only need someone to helpme whit the AFR , i have the files but i not understand nothing about that !!! :roll: :roll:

Ando com o mesmo problema, quero enriquece-lo e para baixar as temp. do turbo e não consigo. Já ando a 75mg, mas como está a fazer 1,6bar não fuma nada. Que AFR se usa para deitar um pouco só? Já descobriram?

Hellou Fred. My opinion is requiring too much a turbocharger...1.6 mbar is the maximum allowable...This car is not 200 hp.Create a log in the group 001: 010: 011 and posted. Look grafic garret gt1749V. graphic... with pressure atmosferic..

Hi m8 for more power you need to get more fuel. Take your injector duration high for 5% and then try to drive onli in range 35mg to 4250rpm..

Looked your map injector duration are 2 low

Try this map i did.

You limited the iq of map an maf sensor of 60 but torque map was 65 why do that?

try it now and giv me answer

I have the same engine in my Ibize and just put bigger IC of Fiat ducato 2.3 and menaged of 183ps 380nm @ 1,65bar

Under 16 AFR ? Wow, that turbo must be so resistent :) Will die soon, dont run AFR under 17.
Also block EGR by software.
65 mg until 4800? Overkill, that PD will blow like a banana, keep maximum fuel from 2200 to 4000 , not more. Also dont need 70 mg from 80%.

Egr Just fill maps with value of 1250 and it'll be off and cel wont light up.
