DPF problem on a 2006 Megane

I've been bothering with a really annoying problem with my car since i bought it; it has a complete lack of power below 2500 rpm and I got a really bad jerk when I'm trying to shift (the power to the engine is cut for a second or so when depressing the clutch). I hadn't had a clue as to what caused the problem until I went to a local garage and cleaned the filter. The car performed excellent for about 100 kms, acceleration was smooth and powerful and the jerking disappeared. However, performance started to fade gradually until it got bad again. I removed the filter without deleting it from the ECU, and again I got smooth performance but this time the jerking when shifting didn't disappear. I recently had the filter removed from the ECU also but nothing's changed. I'll upload the modified ECU for you guys to see if it's ok. Sorry for the long post and I'm waiting for suggestions ;)

Very strange, did you put the car under full diagnostic to see if there are damaged sensors? The shifting should have nothing to do with the DPF! :o
In case, check above the pedals. Unconnect the clutch switch and see how the car performs without.
What ECU do you have? (carecus.com) I've hears the clutch switch behaves very strangely on Siemens Sid80x

Sorry, I can't post any diagnostic logs as I don't have any tools of my own. I will try and unplug the clutch sensor (very hard to reach though, I wanted to do it before but couldn't reach it). The ECU is Bosch EDC16C3. I've posted the original ECU file here: renault-megane-1-9-dci-bosch-edc16c3-115bhp-t179. DPF off ECU file in this post.

Ok, so I unplugged the clutch sensor and nothing's changed.

I'm coming with an update; I've done a few miles with the car and it started to feel better. I've got better throttle response and there's a little more power at low rpm. The stuttering when shifting is still there, not as bad though, but still noticeable. What do you guys think?

You mean with the clutch sensor unplugged?
