I bought it and I cannot open the excel file with no program available. ie office 2003, 2007, 2009 all of them full versions.
Some explanation should be done.

send us your email to pm, that you use if you did not receive it,
i will send it to you again, maybe it corrupted, but i can not know for sure :)

you can also look the ecu types by engine only.

No, you can not get tuning maps for 14€ or at least not good one only crap...
You get list of ecus that are built in in different cars and flashers that support read & write...mode, checksum calculation yes/no...
and few other info's...at one place, that you do not have to look around in xxx databases / files...
